Back Coating and Curing Production Line
How It Works
The process begins with the unwinding of the tufted turf, which is fed into the coating section at a precisely controlled speed. A dedicated adhesive system applies the prepared glue evenly to the back of the turf using precision rollers, ensuring full coverage without over-application or missing areas. After coating, the material passes through a leveling mechanism to smooth the glue layer and control its thickness. It then enters the multi-zone curing oven, where staged heating and ventilation systems maintain consistent temperature and air flow to gradually dry and solidify the adhesive. Throughout the entire process, parameters such as line speed, glue amount, and oven temperature can be adjusted according to different product specifications, ensuring optimal curing results and stable production for various types of artificial turf.
