Artificial Turf Tufting Machine
How It Works
Driven by high-performance servo motors, the equipment drives the tufting needles to perform continuous up-and-down reciprocating motion, accurately piercing through the turf backing fabric at a steady speed. Meanwhile, grass yarn is smoothly fed and threaded through the moving needles, then firmly locked in place to form neat, dense and uniform grass tufts on the base material. Operators can freely adjust multiple operating parameters including running speed, needle density and yarn tension according to actual demands. This flexible adjustment enables the machine to manufacture various types of artificial turf with different pile heights, stitch densities and weaving styles, meeting diverse production requirements for landscape and sports grass products.
