Adhesive Mixing Machine
How It Works
1. Independent Storage & Feeding: A (resin) and B (curing agent) components are stored in sealed stainless steel tanks separately, with temperature control to maintain constant viscosity.
2. Precision Metering: Driven by PLC-controlled precision metering pumps, the two components are accurately proportioned (1:1–10:1 adjustable) per preset parameters.
3. Dynamic/Static Mixing: Metered adhesives flow into a high-speed dynamic mixer or static mixing tube; strong shear and convection achieve homogeneous mixing.
4. Vacuum Degassing: Mixed adhesive enters a vacuum chamber (-0.096 MPa) to remove air bubbles, avoiding pinholes on the turf surface.
5.Constant-Pressure Output: The degassed adhesive is stably conveyed to the coating head via a pressurized system for continuous coating.
